Please note that the revenue for the purposes of determining membership dues for Full Members, is the income received for the last full financial year ending before the date of the company joining DDEX for the first time or renewing its membership, that is in any way attributed to the exploitation of or the provision of services relating to any type of media content and/or any rights associated with such media content. Details on how that revenue is determined can be found here.

Please also note that to qualify as Indidual Full Member of DDEX they you need to be a "sole trader" that has several companies as clients that may be directly or indirectly interested in DDEX and specifically must not be an individual that is working for a limited number of companies where those companies are using the individual as a means to allow them access to DDEX by paying the individuals' membership dues instead of the appropriate dues as a member in their own right. Individuals contracted in this way can participate in DDEX under the membership of the company to which they are contracted. The DDEX Board will determine whether individuals qualify for membership in accordance with this description at its absolute discretion.
